About MALCON

A FAMILY BUSINESS. BUILT ON DESIGN.

MALCON is a family-run design and build company based in Chelmsford, with over 20 years of experience behind it. We design, supply and install kitchens, fitted wardrobes, media walls and bespoke joinery, and we build the extensions, loft conversions and renovations they go into.

We started MALCON because we believe a home should be designed with care and built by people who will stand behind it. As a family business, our name is on every job, so we treat your home the way we would treat our own.

Because one team handles both the design and the building work, you deal with one company from the first drawing to the final fit. We can show you your new kitchen or room in 3D before any work starts, and our own cabinet maker makes the joinery to measure.

We provide full project management from design through to completion, working with experienced and qualified tradespeople. We cover Chelmsford, Essex and East London.
